CHA Update on COVID-19 Policies and Testing
Sick Symptoms? Wear a Mask in Clinic
We wish to prioritize the health and safety of all our patients and staff. As such, we have implemented a policy that requires all patients who are ill to wear a mask while inside our clinic. This measure is crucial in protecting everyone in our clinic, especially those who may be immunocompromised. We believe that taking these precautions will help us continue to provide safe, quality care to all our patients.
Testing and Management of COVID-19:
We have virtual HIPAA-compliant Telehealth appointments as well as in-office appointments for any health related needs. We ask that you call 919-233-6000 option 1 when you arrive in the parking lot and we will come out to escort you directly to a patient room. Please note that these visits are sick visits only and not chronic or preventative care visits to ensure safe and efficient care.
We offer rapid antigen testing as well as PCR “send out” testing. We do offer follow up appointments after you have tested positive for COVID-19 to ensure you recover and have access to healthcare throughout your illness.
Please contact our office to schedule an appointment.
COVID-19 Vaccine Updates:
We do not offer COVID-19 vaccines in clinic at this time. These are available at most pharmacies in Wake County.
